OVERVIEW Our primary products are
hoist equipment, electrical wiring devices and motor controls. Large runs of all components are job-shopped
to large production houses. Everything
else from prototypes, typical short runs, and rework are handled in
house. All components,
whether outsourced or built in house are inspected, welded, painted,
assembled and tested in house. All work is from complete CAD drawings.
Experienced
working foreman, to manage all facets of small shop production. Must be proficient in at least one
of the disciplines below, as well as have the ability to plan, organize,
and schedule production. Duties
include working from CAD drawings, purchasing from bills of materials,
interfacing with job-shop suppliers, and training all personnel. General
office computer skills are required. Disciplines
of expertise: Welding/Fabricator;
General Machinist; Paint Shop (powder or wet); Electrical Assembly;
Motor Controls. General Machinist: Manual machinist experienced
with Engine Lathe and knee mill.
Must make all of your own jigs and set-ups, as well as maintain
your equipment. Responsible
for making duplicator templates and operating turret punch.
Will be responsible for assembly of all machinery. In addition to working from plans, responsible
for creating prototypes from sketches. Training Certificate or
equivalent required. MIG welder for steel fabrication.
Must be experienced in all facets including saw cutting, coping,
drilling, welding, and grinding.
Must make all of your own jigs and set-ups, as well as maintain
your equipment. Must be able to work from CAD drawings with minimum
assistance. Must be willing to clean and paint your
own products. Training Certificate or
equivalent required. General Help: Duties will include, but
not be limited to Shipping and Receiving, packaging for shipment, and
pulling parts for work orders.
Will be trained to assist in mechanical assembly, painting, and
electrical wiring. General Information: All of our positions are
full time, minimum of 40 hours per week. Our standard hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8:00
am to 5:00 pm, with some Over-Time as needed. Reliability and punctuality are essential. Hourly pay will commensurate
with experience. Full benefits
